We are hosting this workshop live in the UK and in the beautiful location of historic Windsor with its famous royal castle. This event is located 35 minutes from central London by direct train. The cost per couple is £745.

Tools To Use For A Lifetime
This is an experiential, psycho-educational workshop for couples and is not therapy. During this workshop, you will be given an overview of the Gottman theory of how relationships work and learn a variety of basic skills and approaches for improving your relationship.
What Will I Receive By Attending This Workshop?
In addition to two days of engaging presentations and personal assistance during the exercises by a Certified Gottman Therapist, each couple attending the workshop will receive the Art and Science of Love digital materials, which includes:
- Two (2) Couples Workbooks
- One (1) Repair Checklist
- One (1) Aftermath of a Fight Booklet
- Seven (7) Online Card Decks: Love Maps, Opportunity, Open-Ended Questions, Rituals of Connection, and 3 Salsa (Mild, Medium, and Hot)
These materials will be used during the workshop and are yours to keep. Results of this workshop have been compared to six months of traditional couples counselling and produces positive results for 94% of those who attend.
Who Should Attend?
The Art and Science of Love workshop is designed for ALL couples in a committed relationship. You do not need to be married. If you have a strong relationship, this workshop will provide you with insights and tools to foster further closeness, friendship, and trust. If your relationship is distressed, this two-day workshop will provide you with a greater understanding of your relationship and a road map for repair.
No public discussion or disclosure is involved. All work is done as a couple and Certified Gottman Therapists are available to provide one-on-one support during exercises if asked for.
Not suitable if ...
This educational workshop is not suitable for couples dealing with addiction, domestic violence, or other serious relationship issues.
Workshop Topics
• Learn to recognise the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse and what to do if they are attacking your relationship
• Identify your relationship’s specific strengths and how to build on them
• Learn about the effects of physiological flooding and how it may affect conflict resolution
• Learn small, easy steps that increase romance in your relationship
• Learn how Love Maps provide a solid foundation for your marital intimacy and stability
• Use the Fondness and Admiration System to renew respect and care for one another
• Create an Emotional Bank Account that you can draw upon in times of stress
• Develop your problem-solving skills, including the six skills for effective conflict resolution.
What Is The Cost?
For the 2-day workshop, which includes materials and up to 16 hours of presentation and expert guidance from Certified Gottman Therapists, the cost is £745 per couple. Early Bird cost is £625 We will provide tea/coffee throughout both days and a fork buffet on both days for lunch. The Art & Science of Love workbox and all materials are yours to take away as resources to use at home.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before 1 August 2026, you’ll receive a refund minus a £50 processing fee. However, if you cancel after this deadline, your registration will turn into a credit you can use for a future workshop within the next 6 months. This may be a live workshop or an online workshop.

Travelling by Road
The hotel is situated on Windsor's High Street, although they ask you to please use the rear entrance to access the car park. Private parking is available with a reservation at a cost of £40 per day. To navigate to their car park, please enter this postcode into your Sat Nav: SL4 1DL.
Travelling by Train
There are two convenient train stations to access Windsor.
Windsor & Eaton Central Train station: 5 minute walk to hotel
Train routes from London with Great Western Railway - from London Paddington to Slough - journey time avg. 30 minutes
> Change at Slough, to Windsor & Eaton Central - journey time 6 minutes
Slough is one of the stops on the Elizabeth Tube Line, making it easily accessible from London Heathrow Airport, the west and east of London.
Windsor & Eaton Riverside train station: 9 minute walk to hotel
Direct trains via London Waterloo with South Western Railway - journey time 50-60 minutes
*Bakerloo, Jubilee lines will give you access to Waterloo from central London.
Travelling by Air
Heathrow Airport is less than 30 minutes drive from the hotel, only 9.6 miles away.
